RS Means Training in Guam

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NO. N4019225Q4000 PROCUREMENT FOR RS MEANS TRAINING FOR NAVFAC MARIANAS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to sole source this requirement to R.S. Means Company, LLC (The Gordian Group, Inc.) for its ability to provide RS Means training in Guam with the RSMeans-trained engineers and consultants authorized and prepared to provide the proprietary training.  The solicitation number N4019225Q4000 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for RS Means training for Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Marianas (NAVFACMAR), Guam.  SEE ATTACHED RFQ N4019225Q4000 FOR DETAILS.
