The Embassy of the United States of America in Tashkent is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide PR Campaign for AFCP Sher-Dor Historic Site for the Embassy of the United States of America in Tashkent.
Quotations are due on or before 12:00 pm Tashkent time (GMT+5) on August 29, 2025 and shall be submitted by electronic mail to the following address: TashkentGSOProcurement@state.gov.
In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-1449; Section 12, 17, 23, 24, & 30
2. Section 1 - Price table.
3. Section 3 - Solicitation provisions
The contract performance periods are specified in Section I of the solicitation.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
A pre-proposal conference for this project is scheduled for 2:00 pm Tashkent time (GMT+5) on August 13, 2025 at the Embassy address listed below. All interested offerors are invited to attend and must request access at least 48 hours in advance to TashkentGSOProcurement@state.gov.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
