Parts required for the Elevator

The requirement is for the sole source procurement of critical parts necessary to restore the operational functionality of the NOB elevator 1103 at the U.S. Consulate General Karachi.

This procurement ensures the elevator is repaired in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and safety standards. Below are the general requirements:

a. Supply of proprietary parts certified by Kone Elevator.
b. Installation of parts by trained and certified elevator mechanics.
C. Testing and calibration of the elevator to ensure safe and reliable operation.
d. Compliance with all manufacturer-recommended procedures to maintain warranty and operational reliability.
