Notice – RFQ – PR15479881 – Air Purifier Machines

This notice is issued in accordance with FAR 5.101 to inform potential offerors of an upcoming requirement. Interested vendors are requested to submit their pricing and availability responses no later than the cutoff date specified below. Please note that no formal solicitation will be issued for this requirement.

The U.S. Embassy Kuwait intends to purchase of Air Purifiers, similar or equal to the following salient specifications:

• Description: Air Purifier - HEPASilent Air Purifying System

• Suggested Closed Room Size: Between 120 m² and 240 m².
• Input: 220-240VAC 50/60Hz
• Power Consumption: Vendors are required to provide maximum power in watts.
• Filter Type: SmokeStop

• Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer’s standard warranty or better
• Quantity: 30 pc

• Vendors should provide product information and data sheet demonstrating their ability to meet or exceed the above specifications.
• Incomplete submissions or documents not submitted in English will be considered non-compliant and will not be evaluated.
• Email submissions must be titled: “PR15479881 – Proposal for Purifier Machines.”
• Submission Deadline: September 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM (Kuwait local time)
