Meals Ready to Eat with Heaters for US Embassy Moscow

US Embassy in Moscow, Russia intends to issue a firm fixed price Purchase Order for the provision of Meals Ready-to-Eat (MREs) in June 2024.

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Moscow will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

The successful contractor shall supply 440 ea cases X 12 packs of self-heating MREs to be delivered to the following address:

Salient Characteristics: assorted 9 oz meal, 12 per case, heater element & water pouch. Must include vegetarian option and come complete with all items necessary to heat and eat the meal (such as a heater and water to activate it, cutlery, napkins and seasonings).

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
