The 36th Contracting Office, Andersen AFB Guam, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract to Sea Box Inc. for a Bicon Shower and Latrine Container System, which is a series of large metal containers that serve as a shower and latrine inlcuding a connectivity kit that is able to connect to the BEAR water system and the existing BEAR PDPs as well as compatibility with the FDECU. This requirement has an estimated value of $598,747.00 which includes shipping to Guam. Sea Box Inc. is the manufacturer of the Expandable Bicon System and is the only vendor capable of providing the required Product. Market research has shown that nothing else in the open market is able to emulate the product offered by Sea Box Inc. This contract will have a delivery period of 240 days.
