1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Commercial Items (FAR 12) and Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) will be used for requirement. Hereafter, this notice shall be titled "Solicitation."

1. Solicitation Number FA930124Q0016-0001: This amended solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) to offerors.

1. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024; DPN 20240627, effective 26 June 2024; and DAFAC 2024-0612, effective 12 June 2024.

1. Contract Type: The contract type is Firm Fix Price Contract.

1. Description of requirement: for the acquisition of Installation of Suspended Loading/Checkout Frame for the Long Range Stand Off Carriage Equipment Program

The 412th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) is requesting a service for Installation of Suspended Loading/Checkout Frame. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, tools, vehicles, supplies, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to meeting the requirements of the Statement of work located at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB).  All work shall conform with the manuals, all federal, state, local laws and regulations, and commercial standard.

Installation of Suspended Loading/Checkout Frame Statement of Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Statement of Work (SOW)
