The Embassy of the United States in Reykjavik, Iceland intends to procure the equipment, materials, tools and services necessary for the Installation and Maintenance of a New Residential Monitoring System as specified in the Performance Work Statement included in the solicitation.
Contractors are required to supply, install, and train embassy personnel on the usage of, hardware and software for (1) an embassy-monitored brand name or equivalent Central Alarm Monitoring System (CAMS) and (2) an embassy-monitored, high-resolution IP Camera Closed-Circuit TV (CCTV) system, and respective monitoring/recording systems at the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR) located at Sólvallagata 14, 101 Reykjavik. These systems will be monitored in real-time, 24/7, by embassy Local Guard Force personnel posted on-site at the CMR and may be monitored by Regional Security Office (RSO) personnel remotely.
