Guam Vehicle Rental BPA

The Government intends to enter into two (2) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Vehicle Rentals on Guam for the 356 ETSG at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The contractor shall provide all services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Master Dollar Limit for this BPA is $2M. The price list items/services, quantities, and unit of measure are found at Attachment 4, Price List, to this solicitation. The Period of Performance for this agreement will be 27 September 2025 – 26 September 2027
