The Contactor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Sidetrack Inspection and Electrical System Maintenance at U.S. Government Sidetrack No. 328, Yokota Air Base in a manner that ensure continuous and reliable railroad operational condition. The performance period shall be from the effective date in block 3 of Standard Form (SF) 1449 through 30 Sep 2026.
