Proposals from vendors not on the Asayish List will not be reviewed or accepted. *** This requirement is being solicited as design-build for the construction of a No Mercy Aircraft Maintenance Hangar. The Contractor is responsible for a complete set of contract drawings and specifications and designing all aspects of this project. The Contractor is to deliver a complete and usable facility that meets the standard outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
