Synopsis

The Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located in/at Crownpoint NM 87313 has an upcoming requirement for BPA for Laboratory Reagents, Testing Supplies. Period of Performance is from date of award to 7/31/2025. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339114- Dental equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees. 

The Request for Quotations No. IHS1499661 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by August 10, 2024.  Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, lead time, and price.  Quotes will be due on or by August 15, 2024.  The acquisition is Indian Owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).

In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
